Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you create an account or take a membership with The AI Skills Company. The AI Skills Company is a service operated by Michael Roy Barry, based in Stonehaven, Scotland. You can reach us at hello@theaiskillscompany.com or through our contact page. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.

A personal AI work coach: short lessons and coaching built around the work you describe, plus tools to save and improve the ways you work. Membership includes unlimited genuine coaching sessions. There are no credits and no per-lesson charges.

Coaching is guidance, not professional advice. AI-generated guidance can be wrong, so you must check anything important before you rely on it or use it at work. You stay responsible for following your own employer's rules about AI tools and confidential information.

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Keep your password to yourself; a membership is for one person. Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service, and do not upload material you have no right to share.

Membership is £19.99 a month or £199 a year. The price shown is the total amount taken — there is nothing added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you join and automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. We will give you reasonable notice before changing the price of an existing membership.

There are no credits, no usage bundles and no charges per lesson. The price you see is the whole price.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next payment and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered in our cancellation and refund policy.

We work hard to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service, or is used fraudulently — and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
