AI training for employees that actually sticks
Most workplace AI training is a session in a calendar. A week later the tools are open and nobody knows what to do with them. Your AI Work Coach takes the other approach: 5–10 minutes a day, built around the work each person already does, until using AI well is simply how they work.
Instead of: A one-off workshop
Coaching that continues. People get a short, relevant prompt to work on each day, so the learning lands in the week they are actually having.
Instead of: Generic tool demos
The coach starts from each person's own job — the reports they write, the emails they repeat, the spreadsheets that eat their Thursday.
Instead of: No idea who is using it
Each member sees their own level, wins and time saved. Adoption stops being a guess and becomes something you can talk about in a one-to-one.
Instead of: Nervousness about safety
Every session teaches the check: what not to paste in, what to verify, and who stays accountable for the output. Confidence without recklessness.
How a team member gets going
1. Each person answers three questions
Role, the task that eats the most time, and how confident they feel with AI today. Two minutes, no training needed.
2. The coach finds their real AI wins
It ranks the tasks in their week by how much time AI could save and how easy the change is, then starts with the easiest meaningful one.
3. Practice on actual work
They bring a real email, document or spreadsheet. The coach demonstrates, explains, then reviews their own attempt until it's solid.
4. The good prompts get kept
Anything that works is saved as a reusable workflow, so the skill outlives the session and can be shared with the rest of the team.
What managers can see
Progress is deliberately simple and human: an AI level that rises as skills are demonstrated, the number of real wins completed, the workflows a person has saved, and an estimate of time saved. It's designed to be something a team can talk about in a one-to-one, not a dashboard nobody opens.
Each person's work stays private to their own account. Uploaded material is used for the coaching session and isn't kept unless they choose to save it — see the privacy policy for the detail.
Rolling it out to your team
Membership is the same for everyone: £19.99 a month or £199 a year per person, with unlimited coaching and no credits. Most teams start with a handful of people on the tasks that hurt most, then widen it once the first wins are obvious.
